Merge branch 'issue#10' into 'devel'

Issue#10

This merge closes the issue#10. This branch brings:

  - Add `data-raw/RData2txt.R` file to generate plain text datasets (`*.txt`) from the binaries `*.RData`. The `.gitignore` ignores these `data-raw/*.txt` files;
  - Add a first version of a `.hooks/pre-push` script to send `*.txt` files to the public folder at <http://www.leg.ufpr.br/~leg/legTools/datasets/>;
  - Fixes the references to Pimentel Gomes;
  - Add the last dataset of the chapter 7 from a 2^3 RBD experiment with coffee.
