Reorganize Lib's folder structure (Deleted files)

This commit reorganized library's folder structure to remove duplicated files
and functions's definitions, as it was happening with "queries_definitions.py" file.
Also, it were removed 'xml' and 'json' subfolders, and their contents were moved
to lib file with "xml_" and "json_" prefixes.
