Corrige séries de temperatura e umidade no estado de SP

- As séries foram agrupadas em único arquivo, pois são observações
  de um mesmo estudo realizadas em mesmo período e local,
  caracterizando uma série temporal multivariada.
- Os arquivos das séries individuais foram removidos.
